Our Process:

The following process describes the phases for all projects undertaken by Optilux Advertising.

PHASE 1 - RESEARCH/INTERVIEW:

The questionnaire is used to gauge your project from inception to audience. At the time of the questionnaire, we will put together a list of materials that we need from you such as a good quality jpegs of your logo, domain name possibilities, photos, and mission statement. We will collect project materials and learn all aspects of the project, relating to, but not limited to the potential audience, competition, and the particular industry. Together we will brainstorm and develop a timeline for project completion and collect a deposit to start work.

PHASE 2 - CONCEPTUAL DESIGN:

Additional research and preparation is conducted. A conceptual solution is created. The concept is presented to the client using outlines, proofs and/or web mock ups within the timeline. The design is reviewed, revised and approved by the client.

PHASE 3 - IMPLEMENTATION:

Digital files, text, drawings, audio and video are prepared for production. All drafts are prepared for client approval within the scheduled timeline. The second invoice is issued.

PHASE 4 - DELIVERY:

Material is delivered. Sites will be uploaded with all links effective. Print materials will be delivered in electronic files. Video will be ordered. Audio will be delivered

Invoices issued bi-weekly, due upon receipt.  Invoices past 15 days will be billed an additional 5% late charge per 15 days overdue.
The entirety of the unpaid estimated balance is due 45 days after project start.

TIMELINE AND ESTIMATE ADJUSTMENT:

Graphic design is a collaborative art. Estimates are based on the timely receipt of materials and response from our clients.  The estimate is based on a pre-determined page count, photography, writing, copyediting and art-work. If during the project the need for additional work is discovered, Optilux Advertising will bring it to the client’s attention and revise the estimated price before proceeding.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

If the Project Scope changes, Optilux Advertising will issue an additional proposal for additional services and fees. Optilux Advertising reserves the right to use materials created for clients for self-promotion.
