"Color and fluidity of motion were the first things I noticed about the  web site Christy and Mike designed for my re-election campaign, Fall  2008.  The abundance of text, narrative and information could have easily  overwhelmed the site and the user.  Careful use of color and background  allowed the text to stand out without being overbearing.  I was  especially impressed that Mike was able to take my two favorite colors,  turquoise and red, from my photograph and match them in the headings of the  various sections.  The background using The Declaration of Independence  was perfectly appropriate, and provided depth and subtle color, which were  repeated throughout the site. 

Ease of use was also impressive, as I am not an advanced user of  technology.  Information and photographic layout was attractive and easy  to access.  I had never put in one place my 30-year record on behalf of  the community, and was very pleased with the results.  I received  numerous positive comments about the web site, its content and design.   Mike and Christy are also working with me to upgrade the site for business  purposes, which will be very helpful with future projects.
